Maintenance and narration-quality update for FT Video Studio on Windows.

What's new

• Ordinary narration colons now produce a short, natural pause while title/name colons such as Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology stay continuous in speech.
• Qwen narration now reports cold-start/model-loading stages clearly, pre-warms in the background, keeps the model warm for the lifetime of each FTVS instance, and starts ETA from actual synthesis work.
• Parallel narration generation remains available across separate FTVS instances without introducing a global Qwen generation gate.
• FTVS project-window routing was hardened to prevent redundant extra editor instances when multiple projects or chats are active.
• FTVS-owned MCP/tool helper processes remain hidden instead of surfacing unexplained command-prompt windows; the supported connection path uses the shared MCP broker/tunnel architecture.
